Pokemon Adoption Center
Here in the Adoption Center, you can find many abandoned Pokemon looking for good homes. When you adopt one of these Pokemon, you may choose to say your character received them from an actual adoption agency or found them somewhere. It's up to you! It does, however, cost 75 Pen to adopt so treat that as you will IC.
Most of these Pokemon are coping with a quirk or disability of some kind, in the form of a tag. Most can be overcome with the right amount of time or effort, but some may be permanent. Still, every Pokemon deserves a good home, wouldn't you agree?
The only general requirement is that you must have a Pokemon within 5 levels below the Pokemon you wish to adopt. That is to say, if you wish to adopt a level 15 Pokemon from the Adoption Center, you must have at least one Pokemon at level 10 or above.
We have decided that all Pokemon will have their level (and subsequently their moveset) generated at the time of adoption so now, no one has to worry about their levels. However, this also now hides whether a Pokemon has egg moves or the potential TM/TR moves so you will have to be surprised!

Tag: This guy just loves himself some nectar or honey. Unless he is returned to his Pokeball or kept under control (with a roll of 65 or higher; method of keeping him in control can use different skills to boost, such as strength if you're physically trying to hold him back), he will chase and attempt to gain any sort of natural sweet substance from a Pokemon that could (even potentially, not necessarily does) produce such a substance. This includes the vast majority of grass-types and even some bug-types. To make him stop chasing other Pokemon for this strange nutrition requirement, one should teach him how to gain this from the environment instead. Seven (7) posts will accomplish this task, in any setting. Progress: 0/7 Posts. |
