At the centermost point of the garden, there seemed to be a sizeable pool, from the looks of things - with a fountain at the very center of that pool. At the edges, there were pokemon and people milling about, watching the Alomomola that drifted by; and Makoto, too, would soon decide to take a seat at a nearby bench, to watch the pokemon here.
Kuro was happy to curl up on their lap, and Tachi would sit down next to them - though Kama, playful as ever, would chitter and wave to the Alomomola as he sat at the edge; dipping his feet in, and splish-splashing. One Alomomola would drift closer by, prompting Kama to perk up, and excitedly reach out with the back of his claw, to pet the fish pokemon as it drifted by...!
Makoto, endeared, couldn't help a gentle laugh; trailing off in a relaxed sigh, as they leaned back to enjoy the scenery. Third Encounter; Ignore the Yamask's level when rolling, please!

Even if Borzil hadn't had much luck with meeting the previous Snubbull, though... It seemed that he'd have a bit better luck with the next pokemon that came along. A flurry of minty-colored feathers would descend from a nearby branch, only for him to feel a pair of talons ever-so-gently settle on his head; a Murkrow..! Dial seemed a bit wary about the dark-type bird, but the crow in question seemed to mean no harm; simply settling atop Borzil's head, as it began to... Preen, at his hair?
Was the Murkrow grooming him?
Borzil would blink a bits as the Murkrow gently sifted through his hair with its beak for a little while, before moving to Honeybunch, to perch on his back and groom through his fur as well! Though Borzil wasn't entirely sure why the Murkrow was doing this - it didn't seem as though it was trying to look for any shinies to steal or whatever - he couldn't help but smile a bit at the bird's gentle and cleanly nature. "Aren't you a cutie pie," He'd hum; reaching down to gently scritch the top of the Murkrow's head.
The crow, in response, would lean into Borzil's touch - to which he'd perk a little with a warm smile. He wasn't the most dextrous guy in the world, but... He'd still attempt to be very slow and careful, as he scritched along the bird's feathers, looking for any debris or bugs he could pluck out. Fair was only fair, to return the favor, right?
Once bird and human alike were done grooming at eachother and the pokemon though, the Murkrow would soon return to perching atop Borzil's head, snuggling down. "Aheh... You seem to like me, don't you?" He'd murmur in observation, pulling out a pokeball, to offer to the Murkrow. "Would you like to come with me?" Pokeball, (plus ranger befriend bonus) go! This is my second catch, Roll my final encounter if this catches, please!
(And also ignore Honeybunch's level as usual plz)

Nearby, a small Yamask seemed to be playing by the water's edge as well - splashing its hands in the water with little chirps and trills of glee. Kama, noticing this, would come over, chittering in greeting...
... Only for the hyperactive little Yamask, to playfully splash Kama in the face..! Startled, the Sneasel would squeak and fall on his rear, to the ghost-type's giggling; though the weasel pokemon knew what had to be done. The splash fight was on.
Makoto, meanwhile, would only be watching with relative bewilderment - but also amusement - as the two pokemon began to splash each other in every way they knew how. Kuro, too, would watch with a bit of curiosity, though... He'd remain where he was - too shy to approach a new pokemon like the Yamask, and not wanting to get his fur wet.
Eventually though, the Yamask would be crowned the winner; her gratuitous use of Protect making it hard for Kama to properly splash her. Soaked to the bone, the Sneasel would come over back to Makoto as the ghost-type floated off, before flopping out on the grass to air dry off. Maybe it was time to go home, soon...? Last Encounter; Ignore the Yamask's level when rolling, please!

It didn't take long, for Ettie to find her next catch - a Murkrow, perched up on a nearby branch. Between its vivid colors and respectable size, it wasn't hard for her to spot it among the foliage, and she was - quite immediately - sold on catching this Murkrow! "So pretty..." She'd breathe, admiring the crow pokemon from down below...
... It'd seem that the Murkrow had heard her, however, as she spoke up; for the dark-type would glance down at her, before shyly puffing up her feathers, flustered! Ettie, upon noticing this, would giggle; smiling brightly and extending a hand as a perch. "You are, though!" She'd chirp in insistence, a bright expression on her face. "I've never seen a Murkrow with colors like those; and they look so nice together!"
Even further, the Murkrow flustered; hiding her face behind a wing and softly squawking bashfully. It seemed that she couldn't handle these compliments so easily, could she! But, it seemed that she was interested in Ettie nonetheless; shyly peeking around her wing at the young trainer, before flitting down to perch on Ettie's wrist!
Ettie, in turn, smiled brightly; though the Murkrow was understandably hefty with the increased size, she was sure she could handle having it perch on her arm like this for a little while. It wouldn't be long at all, after all, when she'd pull out a Dusk Ball to offer to the Murkrow! "Do you wanna come with us?" She'd question, tilting her head with a warm smile. "I'm putting together a flock that I'm sure you'd love, and I even got a nice ball that's green like you!" Dusk Ball, go! This is my third catch!
