Misa glanced at the note in her hand, she seemed to be at the right place for the job. Money was low at the moment and she didn't get paid for another couple weeks, so that meant that she had to look at odd jobs... not that she minded. When her family had first come to Arciel, she had done some extra jobs while business at the day care was slow.
Walking to the door, she noticed a note stuck to the wood. It read "Hi! I'm not able to come to the door right now, I'm sleeping since I work nights. If you're here for the job then go to the garden, Pichu is waiting there for you!" So she would be training a Pichu... that shouldn't be too difficult, they mostly work using agility. She could probably get them to run somewhere.
Moving to the back gate, she smiled. It was lucky that was a fast pokemon that needed training, who knows what would have happened if it was a pokemon like machop, or another strength based pokemon. She really did need to improve that... Pushing past the gate, she saw a Pichu playing with a box of toys. There was also a bowl that was filled with food, which probably didn't help their physicality. Thinking back to the application, she realised that she would probably have to wait for a bit. The owner said there would be more people coming. Walking up to Pichu, she knelt down and spoke "Hi there Pichu, my name's Misa. Your trainer asked if I could train you!"

Marley looked at the flyer as he walked towards the house. He had been back to visit his mother, and figured he'd do some work to make some pocket change while he was here. Maybe take her out for a meal afterward. So when he saw the flyer describing a personal training job, well, it certainly seemed right up his alley. Marley had built up quite a bit of muscle, working in the mines, so it shouldn't be too hard working to train some pokemon.
Arriving at the house, he noticed the letter on the door. Typical. Just go out back, train your pokemon, and hope they will actually pay them. Well, hopefully they will wake up. Marley shrugged, walking around to the back of the building...
...and found that he wasn't the first here. A young blonde woman was there as well, and what appeared to be a Pichu, the same one that the guy wanted trained. Well damn. Marley had gotten here too late. Tucking his hands into his pockets, he approached the little pokemon and the woman. "Looks like the training job's been snatched up," he said, leaning against the fence and watching the pair of them.

Cricket and her Galarian Ponyta came to the door of the small home, hoping to speak to the person that had given them the job to train their Pichu, but before she could knock, Cricket noticed a note taped to the door, asking that she go to the back of the house where Pichu was waiting to do the training.
"Come on, Ponyta, let's get back there! You're fast, so it should be a breeze to train a little Pichu, right?" Ponyta snorted competitively, and the pair raced behind the building, looking for the Pichu as they ran. They both stopped short, skidding to a halt, when they saw two other trainers near the Pokemon they were supposed to be training. Ponyta tossed her pastel mane, and Cricket pouted.
"Aw, did they get someone else to train Pichu first? We were supposed to do it, I thought." She looked at the other two. "I guess we could work together though! My name's Cricket, and this is Ponyta!" Ponyta struck a regal pose, sticking her chest out and lifting a cloven hoof off of the ground. Cricket was glad to have human company for this, at least. It would be easier with more people, right? And maybe it would go faster with several people. It could go badly with this many different trainers with their different methods though, so Cricket figured she'd go with the flow unless both of them wanted her to lead with the training methods? She wasn't sure, and she wouldn't know until one or both of the others agreed to work together on this!
Misa glanced up, it looked like the others had arrived. Looking between them, she smiled. They seemed nice enough... Her eyes landed onto the Pokemon that had arrived with the other girl, the pastel mane was enough to clue her in on what it was. She shot to her feet, practically running towards them and almost tripping over the man as she moved. "Oh my Arceus! You have a Galarian Ponyta, I've never seen one in person before!" She reached a hand out and gently pet its snout, following the same technique she had learned from the other rangers at work.
It took her a moment for the mans words to register, "Well... It's not been snatched up" she did quotations with her hands "I mean... He did tell us to work together. it said so on the flyer." Rising to her feet, Misa reached behind her and released her Ponyta. "My names Misa and this is Braise, we're looking forward to working with you!" Braise let out a cry in agreement, moving to investigate the other Ponyta.
Glancing behind her to the Pichu, she saw that it had started to eat from the large bowl that was left out. She let out a sigh, there was a lot of work to do. "So i was thinking that we should take the little guy to the stadium, maybe run the obstacle course that they have... But I'm more than happy to do something else if you prefer!" She rushed to add the final bit, not wanting to upset the others.
Marley certainly hadn't been expecting this. The arrival of a third person for this job, and more importantly, the presence of another familiar pokemon from his homeland. A Galarian Ponyta! Marley's eye widened in surprise. "Bloody hell," he murmured to himself, "I didn't think they would be around here." Now that he was able to see the pair together, he could really see the difference between Arciel Ponyta and Galarian Ponyta. He remembered when he first saw one. He had been so surprised to see that gossamer mane replaced with fire. Though the other girl was probably more amazed to see the Galarian version.
He gave a small shrug. "Well, if we're showing off our pokemon, I may as well show off mine," he pulled out a pokeball and flicked it into the air, "Come on out Shep!" There was a flash of light, and the happy little form of Marley's yamper appeared. The little dog pokemon looked up at everyone with that dopy, happy look on his face, before he turned his attention to the Pichu and ran over to join it.
At Mira's suggestion to go to the stadium, Marley thought for a moment. "Hmm, that certainly sounds like a good idea."

"Yeah, the stadium would be perfect! We can help Pichu learn how to go fast and dodge stuff while it runs, and how to go even faster!" Cricket gave a thrilled little hop of joy and started off toward the stadium. Ponyta, on the other hand, realized that she might want to actually.. bring the Pichu along with them, and nudged the little mouse Pokemon with her nose to encourage it to climb onto her back. The Pichu did so, climbing up along her neck.
Cricket had stopped, kicking up dust, when she realized she had forgotten about Pichu! But when she turned back, she saw that Ponyta, as usual, had been responsible enough to make up for her error. "Thanks, Ponyta! I appreciate you~!" The Ponyta got a big smooch on the nose from her trainer, and acted all bashful about it, then gently headbutted her trainer in the arm in return.
"Are you guys coming? Come on!!" Cricket grabbed Marley's arm, not at all intimidated by the tall man, and tugged him forward, giving a big grin to Misa in the process. She would have been dragging both of them had they been standing any closer together.
