Will you be a classic trainer? A criminal? A farmer? Choose your destiny on Legends Rising.
Hiroto Kaimana & Eri Novae are seated at the table.
Three optional icebreaker questions are offered: 1. If you had one extra hour of free time a day, how would you use it? 2. Besides war and diplomacy, what would be the best way for countries to settle disputes? 3. What is one article of clothing that someone could wear that would make you walk out on a date with them?
Feel free to discuss any of these or use your own icebreaker!
The meeting with Koray had gone unsatisfactory- he only took one business card and he didn't even wanna talk about her business- and- he kissed her on the cheek! Twice! That was inappropriate by all star standards, and Eri had no idea whether to scold him or et it slide because he was a star- and she didn't have time to dwell on it either. It was time for a new set-up, a new face to wow, somebody who she could impress with her cards and her fates and draw into her words. This was her chance for new stellar beginnings, and for having everybody know the name 'Eri Novae'!
Skirts were straightened, hair was sprayed down to keep flyaways at bay. She had to look her most stellar in order to leave the best impression with whoever her next client was- to present the best presentation, to keep them focused- and to ensure they liked her! Enough at least to allow her to guide them to their fates! Peppy skip to her step, she approached her next table to find it empty.
Right... okay! This have her time to prepare, for a star named... She paused to squint at the card, for Hiroto! Eri moved then to her bag, shuffling through and grabbing out her tarot-buisness cards, stacking them besides her on the table. This was going to go great, she could see it in the stars!
Oh- and speaking of stars! She could see one approaching right now- was that... Hiroto? Eri beamed then, hand raising in a wave, "Stellar day, isn't it?" A pause, followed by, "Are you Hiroto? It's great to meet your stars!"
[attr="class","momoPBody"] Hiro thought his first date went pretty well, and was confident going into the second. He stopped a bit short of the table, though, when he saw the girl sitting there. Was she even old enough to be at this event? He went ahead and closed the rest of the distance, and was greeted warmly. "Call me Hiro," he replied. "And you're..." He looked down at his card. "Eri?" Oh good she was 20 actually. A little on the younger side but old enough. She just had that smol baby look like Nalani then. Fair enough! "Pleased to make your aqua-aintance~" That one was stretched a little, but he'd stand by it.
"Water you looking for in a date today, if I might ask? I've been pond-ering what kind of people I might encounter here today, but I couldn't fathom anyone as cute as you~" Not necessarily his type, mind you, but cute as a button, so he may as well compliment her for it, yeah?
As the star arrived Eri couldn't help but beam at them, practically bouncing on her seat in anticiptaion for her stellar buisness presentation! She had everything prepared, and hopefully this star enjoyed it, or at least the card he...? She checked the card, yep, he got! Ah, so the star wanted her to call them Hiro? Well, whatever the star says, though she probably should ask the stars at one point what his celestial name is.... a giddy, "Roger, Hiro!" left her, hand moving up to give him a mock salute animatedly before returning to quickly shuffling through her deck.
As he questioned her name, asking a simple 'eri' she was quickl yo finish with, "Novae. Eri Novae, at your stellar service! Breeder and caterer to the stars~" perhaps that would come off not how she intended, but she had to quickly get her buisness to the forefront, though as Hiro first made a water pun she hadn't exactly understood the intently, and blinked a little. At least, until he continued talking, and then she broke intio a huge grin- oh- oh they were a funny star!
The best thing to do to please the star would be to giggle, so she brought a hand not with her buisness cards up to her lips and a soft laugh left her, "Puns! What a stellar choice, Hiro, are you a water fan?" Oh! Wait he asked a question! And- called her cute?! Stars, okay- uh- yeah this really wasn't a buisness meeting Eri was used to, as long as this stranger didn't kiss her cheek she'd be fine! Though... her cheeks did flush slightly...
"A-Ah, uhm!" Hands clapped then, dropping the cards in a neat stack infront of her, "I'm here on buisness, actually! I'm a star guide, so i'm not allowed to date, buuuut, I can help others get together, or help them with whatever the fates decide~!" She gestured to the cards infront of her, "Buuut what i'm looking for in a bright, shining star like you would be a minute or so of your time? Have you ever done tarot readings, Hiro?"
She was quick though to pause, head tilting in though, maybe she shouldn't have jumped right into it but she didn't have enough time to practice properly with Koray! Aaaah, uh, "Of course, if your constellations only wish to sit and talk, i'm happy to do that too!"
