Tell us a little about yourself. How would you describe yourself? "Oh!" Callie straightens up attentively in her chair. "Well, my name's Calliope Dawn! I'm the manager of the Pixie Nightmare Girls band made of my best friends, and we're all working on becoming real honest to goodness idols! Have you heard of us yet?" The interviewer shakes their head, and Callie deflates for just a moment, but then perks back up. "It's okay! You will soon! Um... Other than that, I wanna own my own bakery someday. I like to think I'm pretty lovable and cute and fun to be around! Though... not everyone thinks so... b-but that's okay! I've been told I can be a bit 'much', but that's just because I have a lot to give, right?" Why are you interested in the class you've chosen? She beams. "I love cooking! Especially baking sweets! When I was little, I used to go to my grandma's bakery and help out all the time. She taught me to cook, and it's some of my favorite childhood memories! I also love baking things to cheer up my friends when they're down or celebrate the good times with them, so you could say it's just part of me now~" Why are you interested in training in Arciel? Why not another region? "Oh, I've lived in Arciel since I was about 10, roughly half my life! And like, ya know, the half I can remember better. So it's just home now, ya know? Plus this is where all my cute and amazing besties are! If I was gonna travel, I couldn't do it without them. ...Oh! But maybe when the band gets bigger we'll go on world tour, so that could be fun? But not for a while, anyway. Arciel first!" What do you consider your best attributes? They can be physical, mental, social, or anything else. Calliope grins and giggles. "I'm adorable, of course! Not just physically, though I mean, that too. But my personality is cute, too!" Or she tried her best to make sure it was at least. "I'm a good friend, too! Let's see, what else... I tend to learn things pretty fast as long as they interest me. Like I've picked up some business strategies pretty quick so I can be a good manager for the girls. I'm not always the smartest at everything, but what I'm good at I tend to be really good at, so that's cool, right?" She touches a finger to the side of her face in thought. "I like to think I'm generous, kind, honest, loyal through and through, and have a great sense of humor!" What do you consider your worst attributes? Be honest, now! Callie blinks, then deflates, "O-oh, um..." Her nerves are suddenly almost palpable. "I wasn't expecting that question, heh... I guess um... my stage fright is probably my least favorite thing right now. It keeps me from being out there in public with the girls, and that stinks! But um... I guess I can be a bit... anxious? in general? I've been working on it, though!" She considers how much more she should say, but decides since she said so much during the last question, she ought to be fair. "I can be pretty bad at lying, which doesn't sound bad until you're trying to avoid hurting someone's feelings.." She frowns. "I get a bit caught up in my looks sometimes, and can get pretty down if I don't feel like I'm up to my own standards. I also um... worry I might be a little shallow sometimes? Like I don't try to be! But sometimes I judge people based on their looks before I really think about it, for good or bad. Like, at least if I judge them badly at first I can stop and tell myself, wait no, give them a chance. But sometimes I like someone based on looks and take a while to realize they're actually pretty mean..." She sighs. "Um, that's probably enough though." What was your childhood like? How was school? "Oh! It was pretty good. Um. There was a little time when I was like 9-ish when mom talked to me about puberty and I got really worried about how I'd turn out, but once I started figuring out I was a girl and that I could grow into a cutie if I started hormones early everything was great! We moved to Arciel the same summer I changed my name and started dressing as a girl, too, so I got to start school with people who only ever knew me as Calliope rather than having to get my old friends to get used to the new me, so I felt really lucky!" She giggled softly and nodded. "Aside from that, starting around early middle school I met my very best friends, and I never really had, like, TOO much drama or any bullying or anything, so I'd say school was nice." How is your relationship with your family? "Oh, it's great! I guess I could expand on the last question more too, huh? When I was little back in Galar, mom and dad owned this little farm just outside of Turffield. My sister Vi and I would help them out with chores sometimes, but after everything was done, mom and dad were also musicians at heart, and we'd have long nights where they'd play their instruments and sing to us. Vi and I learned to dance to the music and I learned to sing along." Her face is brimming with nostalgia. "We haven't had as many nights like that since sis and I got older, but we still get together sometimes, and it's really nice. Vi and I are still close, too." Callie smiles. "And of course I mentioned my grandma. I don't see her and my grandpa as much anymore since they still live in Galar, But we video chat plenty and we're still close too~" What do you like to do for fun? As Callie's actual answer comes to mind, it jumps from there to an obscure reference, and she blurts out, "I sing and I dance and you can't make me stoppity!" (Said Funny Bunny to Sweet Little Girl.) She giggles, not explaining the joke. "But really, I help the girls practice for the band, and I mentioned how much I love baking. I also love drawing, especially designing outfits! And sewing outfits that I designed, though that part's more time consuming and expensive, so I don't do it all the time." She thinks more. "I did cheerleading back in school, too, but I don't really have the opportunity to anymore." What are your feelings on romance? "Wh-WHA?" Callie blushes something fierce. How was this relevant? "W-well um... I guess... it sounds... really nice? I've only uh... had two real girlfriends before, four if you count like, elementary school. And we only kissed a few times and didn't date all that long in any case. So I guess I'm not.. very experienced?" She fidgets and averts her gaze. "Ara makes it seem... pretty complicated, but it must be great for her to keep wanting it even with how awful all her exes have been... right?" She sighs. "I kinda... wish she'd notice what she's had all along..." Callie's eyes go wide. "Oh gosh! I didn't say that! Strike that off the record please!!" Not that she didn't have a crush on Ara, and Elise for that matter, but it was supposed to be a secret!  What are your goals for the future? Short-term and long-term. Callie is visibly relieved to be changing the subject, and slowly shifts back into a more comfortable position. "Well, I'd like to own my own bakery someday, and I wanna help the girls make it big as idols! The first one's longterm, but the second is kinda both, since it involves immediate and future successes to work. I guess... heh... I'd also... like to get over my stage fright so I could join them, but I'm not sure how realistic that goal is..." If you could be a Pokemon, what species or typing would you choose and why? "Ooh, huuuh... That's a toughie! I wanna say Fairy-type because they're cute! Maybe an Alcremie since I love them a lot and they can make tasty whipped cream with their hands!" She giggles. "Would something else suit me better, though? Maybe a Ponyta-- the Galar kind that is. They're good at helping their friends, and so am I! Or... Hm..." What do Pokemon mean to you? "Oh! Pokemon are friends and partners, of course! When I get my bakery I wanna have a few Alcremie help me out just like grandma has! And my girls in PNG are coordinators, so they perform with their Pokemon, and I do too sometimes for practice, though not as seriously as they do. But the point is, almost anything you can think of to do, it can be done better with Pokemon at your side!" Anything else you'd like to tell us about before you go? She shakes her head. "Nope! Thanks for the interview! I hope to hear back about my license soon!"

Callie is a bit tall for a girl, thin with only modest curves. Her hips are not as wide as she'd like, so she tends to wear skirts that flare out to accentuate them instead. Her breasts are a B-cup. She wears a lot of bright colors mixed with dark ones, such as rainbow on black or hot pink on navy blue. She prefers dresses and skirts over pants and shorts. Colorful patterned knee or thigh high socks are not uncommon. Sometimes she wears accessories made with small plush animals or Pokemon. She has a pink bunny she wears around her neck that doubles as a phone case. Aura Callie's aura is soft like a sunrise, mixing lots of pink and pastel yellow over a thin bit of purple and a base of silver. It wavers softly.
