Tell us a little about yourself. How would you describe yourself? Shea grins. "Where do I start? I mean, I'm awesome!" they exclaim. The interviewer doesn't look too impressed, and waits for an answer with a little more substance. Shea just laughs. "All right, all right. I'd say I'm pretty friendly and outgoing. I love helping people and especially Pokemon. I have a good strong sense of humor, and it's hard for too much to get me down." Why are you interested in the class you've chosen? They smile and flip their hair back. "Well like I said, I love to help! I hate seeing people or Pokemon injured and not being able to do anything about it, so I wanna learn to take care of both. But Pokemon are my main focus. I think it'd be great to work in a Pokemon Center one day." They stick out their tongue. "I've even got the pink hair for it!" Why are you interested in training in Arciel? Why not another region? "Well I've lived here my whole life! Sure, traveling might be fun, and I still might someday, but I'd rather see my homeland first, ya know? Plus I got a scholarship to Ivy University, and even though I'm doing my classes online, I wanna be able to swing by campus if I ever need to or have the option of doing an in-person course if I come across one that'd be better that way." What do you consider your best attributes? They can be physical, mental, social, or anything else. They snort lightly. "Didn't we already go over this? But okay, okay, let's see. I'd say I'm pretty fun to be around! I'm smart and retain information well, so like I tend to remember things friends like and stuff. And I'd definitely say I'm pretty good-looking~ I'm especially proud of my hair. You know this white streak is natural, by the way. Isn't it cool?" What do you consider your worst attributes? Be honest, now! Shea gasps, appalled. "Vile betrayal! I trusted you and you flip the tables on me like this!" The interviewer is not amused by the dramatics, but Shea laughs lightly. "Okay fine. Uh. I guess I can be... kinda fickle? Like I don't mean anything by it, but I tend to stick to things that hold my interest well. If something or someone gets boring, I find it hard to stick around. I've also been told I don't always communicate my intentions very well, whatever that's supposed to mean, but meh." What was your childhood like? How was school? "Ah, um..." Shea gets a little more somber now. "My childhood was... good at first. My parents were really doting and took me to work with them a lot when they could, so we were always together. But when I was 13, the Ultra Beasts came and..." They frown. "They didn't make it..." There's a sigh before they continue. "The only family I had left was an older uncle who didn't want kids, but he had to take me in, and things were... rough. He wasn't abusive or anything, we just didn't get along and I hated it there. Eventually I ran away and..." They smile softly. "A guy found me and took me in. I just planned to take advantage until he got tired of me or sent me home, but he let me stay as long as I wanted, and eventually talked to my uncle about me moving in for real. A while later he even adopted me. He'd end up adopting a lot of other kids in similar situations, so I have a big family now~ But I'm proud to be one of the first, heh." "And school?" the interviewer reminds them. "Oh right uh. School was fine and fun up until a bad breakup with this girl when I was 16. She spread all kinds of rumors about me and made my last two years hell. It sucked, okay? Moving on." How is your relationship with your family? They smile softly again. "It's mostly good! My dad-- er, adoptive dad, but you know that-- he's really great. And most of my siblings are pretty cool even if the younger ones can be a handful." They do stop and make a sour face. "One of my older brothers is dead to me ever since he dated the aforementioned ex. Like how fucked up is that?" Shea could have spit, but didn't. "But everyone else is cool." What do you like to do for fun? "Ooh, good question, uh. I dunno, just a lot of whatever! I like to hang out with friends and whatever they wanna do is cool with me. It's more important to me to be around people than to be doing specific things. Which isn't to say there aren't things I enjoy! I love taking care of Pokemon. Cooking isn't a major hobby but it can be kind of fun when I feel like it. I play a few games casually, mostly mobile games but sometimes console games too. You know, just whatever~ Oh, and I really like anything to do with fairy tales!" What are your feelings on romance? Their mouth twists. "Hm... I mean, I like dating! But romance? It's kinda... confusing, ya know? Like. Personally I kinda like casual relationships and don't wanna move too far too fast, but some people assume the moment you start dating that you should be super exclusive and super in love and it's just??? Why man? Gross. So I guess I'd say I like romance on my terms, but I find it annoying that most people seem to have really different terms that they just assume you're on the same page about." What are your goals for the future? Short-term and long-term. "Short-term is to start traveling and collecting Pokemon, especially Fairy-types and anything that reminds me of fairy tales! That and to handle my new classes okay, and make some new friends now that I'm away from the bad reputation of high school. "Longterm, I hope to become a Pokemon doctor! And if we wanna get more into hopes and dreams than realistic goals, I'd love to meet every Fairy-type out there someday, including Diancie and Xerneas and the Alola region's Tapu!" If you could be a Pokemon, what species or typing would you choose and why? Shea snorts and raises an eyebrow. "Did you just ask for my fursona?" The interviewer sputters, but Shea laughs and continues before they can form an answer. "Nah it's cool~ Um. I think I'd be a Fairy-type, obviously, but as far as an individual species I don't really know what suits my personality. Maybe a Morgrem?" They laugh lightly. "Or for aesthetics Gardevoir's always a win." What do Pokemon mean to you? "I mean they're friends, right? A person's own Pokemon are family. They're basically just people with a lot more varied shapes and cooler powers, you know? And maybe less conversational, but that's okay! I've known humans who don't talk all that much either, so that doesn't make them any less of people." Anything else you'd like to tell us about before you go? "Nah! I'm eager to get going if that's cool. Thanks for your time, and see you around!"

Shea is rather tall and lean, with a pale complexion and very faint freckles that get a little more apparent in the summer. They have Klinefelter Syndrome, meaning they are DMAB but have XXY chromosomes, and during puberty they developed rather pronounced hips and borderline C-cup breasts. It also likely contributes to their height, which they're cool with, and their somewhat weak muscles, which is a bit of a pain but oh well. They wear a wide variety of clothing in a range of masculine, feminine, and androgynous styles. They may wear dresses or suits or casual attire as it suits their mood. Sometimes they bind and sometimes they don't, and it doesn't necessarily correlate to whether they're presenting more masc or fem. Sometimes they bind with a dress or don't with a suit, etc. Purple is their favorite color to wear. Aura Shea's aura is a blend of pink and orange, with a touch of yellow at their core. It is a pretty simple aura in terms of shape and movement.
