Set in the original region of Arciel, Legends Rising is a route-inspired, but not strictly route-based, Pokemon roleplay. Pick a faction, pick a class, and strike out into the wild to take on the League, master Contest coordination, research the mysteries of Pokemon and Arciel, and much, much more. Will you be a classic trainer? A criminal? A farmer? Choose your destiny on Legends Rising.
Three optional icebreaker questions are offered: 1. If you could be granted three wishes, what would they be? 2. What is the cheesiest pickup line you have heard? 3. If your friends compared you to a Pokemon, which Pokemon would it be?
Feel free to discuss any of these or use your own icebreaker!
Gaki was here on a top-secret mission! That mission? Well, she'd heard from her cousin that they were going to some... dating thing, and Gaki being the caring younger cousin was decided it was in their best interest that she scrutinize every date they were on and insure they didn't get hurt by stupid noobs ever again! Of course, it was a huge flaw on her part that she filled in her sheet correctly, a major mistake in her strategy. And why, you ask? Her one main weakness was cute things, and girls? They were one of the cutest things to exist.
But it was fine, everything was okay! She'd be able to see past the cute girls and... focus on her mission, her goals! Of course, Gaki was in her best disguise for the date- she had to blend in with the crowd, look unsuspecting... which meant she had to wear something normie. Ack. It was fine! Everything was going to go great. This was a mission, no distractions were necessary!
She'd done research prior to this! Instachuu was a perfect research spot for her plan- she pulled clothing ideas from one user, makeup from another... spent hours watching her cousins makeup tutorials just to figure out how to apply what the normies call a 'winged-eyeliner'... She had to be perfect to pull this off.Her hair was braided back and decorated with ribbons, and the girl wore a pastel pair of overalls as well as a fluffy, white yellow crop underneath. It was cute, it was aesthetic- and it wasn't cosplay. Maybe- maybe the game buttons on the front denim jacket could give it away- or the pac-man earrings- but still! It was a perfect as it could get! And she was ready!
Down the lines of the tables she went, seeking out her name and hoping on everything that she was near her cousin- only to realize they were two tables away?! Oh no- oh she didn't have a backup plan- uh- uh- abort mission! What did she did?! She hadn't planned for this? Was there a reset button?! Nooo- Gaki. Act inconspicious, you'll give yourself away, this is... the perfect vantage point...
Alright... okay... Gaki took a deep breath, taking her seat, only to freeze upon seeing the girl opposite her. Gaki's breath got caught in her chest and she had to force back a heaving cough that attempted to bubble up out of her throat- donkey kong nO she was cute??? She was cute and pink and pretty and how could somebody be so-
Gaki couldn't breathe, the girls whole face was pink and this point and she struggled to force out words- mission, Gaki! Your mission! Uh- uhm... Speak, damn it! The girl managed out a very soft, "...hi..." barely able to maintain eye contact, and... maybe she could be mistaken for shy?! Gaki didn't know??? How- what? Help, somebody.
Sat quietly at the table, Prim had, evidently, arrived rather early. Terribly early, in fact, that when she'd come to be seated, they actually hadn't finished setting up all the decorations. Embarrassing, to some degree, but it's better early than late. Early Fletchling gets the worm, so she'd been told - though there was absolutely no worm to be gotten here, and instead, she stood awkwardly in the ballroom they were using to host the event for a good fifteen minutes with a glass of water before being ushered to her table.
So, there she was, dressed in pink and white as ever, a long-sleeve sweater clad over her arms, and a knee-length pink skirt accompanying it; simple attire, and not unlike what she usually wore, though this set was warm, and rather flattering of the figure. It seemed she put a lot of work into picking an outfit, given the matching ribbon in her hair and the pink color to her nails, shiny and glittery to match her lip-gloss. Fingers laced together over the table, she smiles at the arrival of her date (that felt weird to say, but it was her date...) to the table before her. The little card had said her name; Gaki. A simple thing, but it was cute, Prim thought.
Time passes on, and the girl just stares at her almost dumbfounded, which makes Primrose almost nervous. Just as she goes to open her mouth, Gaki does first, a soft and shy hello. Rare is it that Prim finds herself in a situation where she was the more confident one, but there she was.
"Hi there." She offers, with a warm smile. "Uhm, you're Gaki, right? It's nice to meet you." A pause, and she taps her fingers against the tabletop, quick to follow up with, "Your hair looks really nice."
This was like a high level dungeon that she wasn't well equipped for, she'd forgotten her sword and the hot-keys for her spell slots! The girls replies had her attempting not to fidget- she should have at least speed-ran a dating sim before coming here for strategy too! It would have helped her learn how to at least... deal with girls? Uh- okay. Gaki. Keep calm. There's a cute girl infront of you, how do you up her affection levels?!
"Yeah, i'm Gaki." That... That sounded bored?! No! Gaki! She locked a finger around one of her badges and toyed with it for a moment, cheeks flushing again, try harder, Gaki! Maybe it wasn't the original mission, but now you're here! "You're... Prim, right?... hi..." She brings her eyes back up, and her mouth manages to twitch into... what can only be assumed to be a smile.
And then all at once she had to fight back a surprised 'gack' at the compliment, and her hands instinctively moved up to toy with one of the ribbons, a more natural smile curving on her lips- she was getting distracted! Uh- quick! You've played enough visual novels to think of a response, Gaki! "Thanks... I tried really hard at it, i've never really... bothered with my hair before, i'm like a level zero at haircare." Gaki- no! No! You're not supposed to ramble, at all! That comes off as nervous, and flimsy! But- the girl... was too cute... her spells have taken Gaki, and her defenses were too low!
Oh! Right- a compliment back was how things were supposed to go, right!? What was something good-- somethig that could raise affection levels with the cute girl?? What did she do?! Uh- okay, Gaki, breathe, breathe... and... "...your...outfit is really cute- it's like... as pink as kirby- and- us- kirbys cute? So... that makes it cute!" Gaki! No! You had one job! If you bring up video game characters the affection levels are gonna drop, save it, save it! She brought her hands to the table now and averted her gaze, unable to formulate anymore words, a bit too embarrassed by already butchering it- how was Sid going?!

date with gaki!;
"Ah, yeah, Primrose." She smiles. "Prim's my nickname."
And so the two girls sat, consumed with a rather awkward feeling on both sides. It isn't exactly unpleasant, at least by Prim's measurements, so really, it could be worse, right? Where Gaki seemed to be burning a bright red, Prim herself seems embarrassed if only out of sheer uncertainty on how to proceed in such a situation - her experience in the realm of relationships (or just dates, for that matter,) left a lot to be desired, and so, at first, they both sat there as they tried to compliment one another.
"Well, you did really good! I think the braids are nice. I used to have hair long enough to braid, but... well, not anymore." Laughing, Prim gently tugs on one of the long strands that framed her cheek, before looking rather confused as to Gaki's comment on her outfit. Those seafoam eyes peer down, and she fiddles with her fingers, picking at her nails in what can only be nervous habit, while asking carefully, cautiously, "Uh, what's Kirby?"
Giving the girl a quick look-over, Prim's only real wisdom comes into play - Gaki liked video games. Scanning her mind, she recalls, briefly, a little pink orb, and then lets out a sudden, kind of stupid laugh. "Oh! Oh, the-- the little... pink guy. Y-Yeah..." Sinking into her seat, she places her hand over her face. "I never played many games, I'm sorry. Thanks, though, he's kinda cute..."
"Uhm, are there good games for people who want to... get started?"
Prim!? Why was that so cute? aAAH. Okay. Okay. Now's the change, Gaki. Use years worth of knowledge to try your hand at raising any form of affection points! The girl still struggled for words and instead just... sat there and fidgeted, flushing a little bit more at the compliments about her braids.. maybe... maybe she should do them more often?! Is that the secret to raising affection points?? And- the girl mentioned her hair... but it was so poofy and cute when it was short too- but it'd probably lower affection points if she mentioned that so she just kinda... flopped.
The girl asked then a simple question, an innocent question, a question about what Kirby was, and Gaki's mouth opened- oh, so... she was a normie- a really, really cute normie, but- aaaaah.... How... how did she explain this?! Did she go into detail about Kirby's history, or maybe just the appearance?! Pacman help her she hadn't thought this far ahead, she had no strategy for this, at all.
Before she could formulate a proper answer, or... sorta proper- at least she'd seen Kirby before, that was a start! Maybe she could show a bunch of other cute game characters to her, that could maybe start conversation- possibly- probably. She fidgited with her badge again, biting down on her lip, "Yeah- the pink little guy, that's the one- he's... he's really floaty and... cute... and he's actually decent to main on super smash bros!" Could this be her saving grace?! Probably not.
The girl seemed to sink lower in her seat and Gaki brought her hands closer to her chest, ahhhh she'd accidentally lowered affection points hadn't she? Bringing up games make people uncomfortable.. uhm... and she said she hadn't played many games- donkey kong damn it this was the part where she just got up and walked off, that... that was okay- Gaki'd try not to get mad and just.. go back to her original missio-
A soft gasp left Gaki's lips as Prim asked her question, she... wanted to know good games?! For beginners?! Oh! Oh this was something Gaki could help with! She brightened a little, shifting in her seat and moving to settle her hands on the table. "Oh- uh- actually there's a ton! I guess it depends on what you're interested in?! Like, for beginners I always recommend more casual style games, since they're easier to get into and more forgiving!" She clasped her fingers and giggled, albeit softly. "For beginners though i'd recommend harvest moon! If you don't have a console you can play it online, or you can play is on a DS... or a ZBox... anywhere! There's romance, farming, breeding, you can start a family- a-and you play on a day by day basis, raising affection points with locals- or-"
She had to stop herself from rambling, instead unclasping her hands to bring a hand to her cheek. "-if you wanted one with known gamer characters there's always mario! With the pretty pink princess?" Gaki had actually cosplayed her once, though she'd never tell, who knew what this girls stance on cosplay... or larping was. "My cousins really good with reccomendations but I have a bunch more games in my library! Uh- what sort of games would you be interested in? Adventure? Puzzle? Romance? Farming? Casual? MMOs?" Oh god, she was going off. Gaki adored talking about gaming, and maybe the sparkle in her eyes showed it. "Uhm- do you have a pokecord? I could send you all the game details through there- it might be hard to keep track of them all if I keep blurting them out!"

date with gaki!;
So it seems, Prim had opened a bit of a floodgate. The moment she asked about what sort of games might be good for a start, the girl unleashes a torrent of recommendations and ideas and, really, she wonders if she ought've brought a notebook with her. But then, who thinks they're going to be taking notes on a date of all things? Leaning forward curiously all the same, Prim laces her fingers together with a faint smile as she takes in what the girl gave her. Mario was a franchise she was familiar with, to a degree anyway, and the pink princess flashes across her mind. What was her name again? Zelda? Before she gets too lost in her thoughts, she focuses in on Gaki again, smiling faintly as she rambles.
"Uhm, I think the Harvest Moon one sounded pretty cute? I grew up in Lumoise, so I never spent much time around farms or anything like that." She wasn't giving the girl much to go off of, and she felt a bit bad for it, sighing inwardly to herself. "I do have a computer, so I could do that. I don't think I've ever owned any of those game consoles before. I could've, but... I usually just rather read books or, uhm, take pictures."
Briefly, the girl mimics snapping a picture with her hands, offering Gaki a smile. "I guess I was out of the house too much to bother sitting around to play." An innocent enough statement, though she does seem to deflate, if only just barely, upon mentioning it. But, rather quickly, she bounces back with the refusal to appear too sorry for herself, and instead provide the girl with a good time, and maybe walk away feeling like she'd done well. "Uhm, Casual or... puzzle, I guess." Pausing, as Gaki questions if she had a Pokecord, Primrose is quick to shake her head no. "I don't, but I know a lot of people use it... maybe I should download it?"
Rummaging inside her bag, a thing she'd set at her chair's side, she retrieves her phone. "I can get it, really quick. And you can show me them."
The girls interest in harvest moon had Gaki struggling to breath for a second- yes!!! Yes harvest moon was really cute! Keep it together Gaki! It's just a girl who's interested in harvest moon, nothing out of the ordinary- a cute girl who was humouring her and was smiling at her- she couldn't take this?! "Harvest moon is one of the cutest games- it's actually my favourite- uh- i'm a farmer so- it's what made me wanna farm..." She trailed off, she had to stop inserting herself! That was one of the worst things to do when it came to raising affection points! It's what got you killed by a yandere in a sketchy visual novel! "I'm from Kanto, so I guess I was kinda just... around the media a lot."
Okay- so computer games. That was fine, that meant she had a fair few to pick from still since most things were computer these days, and- wait, she took pictures? "Are you a photographer?" Gaki blinked, oh! Maybe she did photobashing- well, maybe not, but still?! That was kinda cool, though she probably wouldn't say that out loud because admitting that sort of thing was totally and utterly not a part of her strategy right now! "...uh- right- yeah! There's a bunch of games for computer! I can set you up with a few to try!"
Prim sounded like she had a busy life before coming here, though Gaki was a bit too socially oblivious to notice the effect it had on the girl, instead opting to say, "Well it's better now than never! Games are great!" she was already going through casual and puzzle games in her head that might be of interest to Prim, Portal could be an interesting start but it wasn't very cute... the witness was visually stunning but difficult... ugh, Gaki didn't play enough puzzles to feel well versed in the genre, she was a failed gamer!
Buuut... casual games were her specialty! Harvest moon, story of seasons, animal crossing, mario, slime rancher... aaaah... they were all great! Wait- she was gonne download it?! Right here??? Wait no that's so much dedication- just for her?! Just for games?!!!
Breathe Gaki. It- it is totally, and utterly fine. The girls cheeks flushed and she fumbled to grab her own phone, just to show her user and her code to Prim when it did eventually download.. "T-That'd be great?!" She stumbled over her words, and tried to save it with, "And- er- I can... show you how the app works- if you need help??"
"Oh, you're a farmer?" Tilting her head as she looks up from swiping through her phone, Prim smiles at the girl. That seemed like a job she wouldn't have expected from the apparently excited girl, but... well, you couldn't always tell with people. "I don't think I could farm, I think I'm too fragile. That's neat, though! It must be interesting." A short laugh leaves her as she looks back down, tapping the install button on Pokecord for her. While waiting for it to download, she hums a little, "Yeah, the media usually just... kinda watched my family? So I didn't watch much in turn, I hated seeing my parents on the news, or in commercials."
Shaking her head, Prim supposes that, sometimes, she dug her own graves; one cannot entirely escape their lives, even if they want. All the same, she's happy to move on to the next topic, that being photography. "Yes! I thought about getting a job with the newspapers or something out here, doing... like, photojournalism? But, in the end, I decided I'd much rather work with Pokemon, so I'm working towards opening up my own daycare someday." As the app finishes installing, Prim starts to go through the motions to make an account, apparently happy to chatter on now that she's not looking the girl in the eye. A nervous thing, maybe?
"I think I can figure it out. I don't know much about these things, but I'm not, like, an old lady or anything." Laughing faintly, she looks up to Gaki with a smile, before looking in at the application a moment, finding the little 'add friend' button and tapping it. "Uhm, what's your username? Here, you can put it in." Handing the device over, Gaki is confronted with a rather fancy phone in a very pink, very sticker-covered phone case.
Gaki nodded at Prim's questioning about her being a farmer, yeah! Though she knew talking about every inch of farming could most-definitely lower affection points, mostly since it was talking about something Prim didn't sound like she had much interest in it. "You don't have to be strong to farm, though! I spent most of my days sitting or on the computer but I still can manage it, Fuji is a great place." As Prim spoke more Gaki was slightly confused, seeing her parents on the news? Or commercials? Were they famous or something? Sid was famous, maybe not... commercial and TV famous but hmm.. her pop was on TV once! His mugshot was shown on the news- if that counts."Your families big?" A curious head tilt, "Sounds like it'd be a hectic lifestyle..."
As she spoke about her interest in photogrophy and all the photojournalism stuff Gaki was intrigued, that and daycare opening?? "That's so cool?? You're gonna take care of mons?" She quickly attempted to nullify her excitement- that was a noob move, Gaki. "...i'm not too sure what photojournalism is but... do you have any examples of your photos?"
They'd be cool to see! Gaki was sure they probably looked cool- or cute- probably cute since Prim wa- shut up Gaki. Her cheeks puffed a little and she fidgited once more, phone in her hands- wasn't this... kinda the gamer equivalent of getting somebodies phone number?! Ack! As she was handed Prim's phone the girl took it in in all of it's adorable glory, how was this possible? Alright- uh... She entered the username 'squishgak' and after a few seconds and swapping between phones she accepted the request!
Handing it back and trying to hide her grin Gaki nodded, "Uhm- there! I'll send you all the games I know that are good for beginners when I get the chance?" I might need my cousin to help though..."
"Big? No, not really. Just my mom and my dad, mostly - or at least, I don't know many of the rest of them." A pause, and she's quick to shrug, instead saying, "But it doesn't really matter. Maybe a story for a time where we're not racing against the clock." Smiling, she looks over to that clock while Gaki works at friending her in this new app, which just might be a good idea for making connections, before back to her. "Uhm, yeah! I'm gonna take care of mons," her smile yet widens and she leans forward slightly, watching as she switches between devices, "I always got on better with my parent's Furfrou than I ever did anyone else, so I figured... it sounded like a good pick in career, something comfortable and rewarding." [break][break] Then, just as Gaki had been excited over games a few moments prior, it seems that something in Prim had been switched on, and after a moment, and a bit of awkward squeaking of the legs of chairs, she's situated herself next her, taking up her phone as it's given back to her and simultaneously retrieving a camera from her bag. Holding it up, she points the LCD screen towards Gaki to begin showing her a small smattering of photographs. While she couldn't claim to be the best photographer, and may not seem like it, she was proud of what she had. [break][break] "Photojournalism is, uhm... telling a story through pictures? Like, important stories, like covering news and things like that. I wanted to work for the paper in Lumoise for a while, but it didn't pan out." The photographs span across various subjects, pokemon and scenery alike. Eventually, she runs through the ones she has on her camera and sets it down to instead pick up her phone again, seeing the contact name on her screen. "Cute username." [break][break] "But yeah! You can do that whenever you have the time to, there's no rush. There's tons of other people to say hi to than just me today, anyway."
Ah she meant... the other kinda big- but it seemed Prim didn't wanna dwell, and Gaki wasn't going to push her, at all. And she was right- not a story for a race against the clock sorta thing. She put the finishing friend-stuff on the app, ensuring Prim was properly friended back before peering up at her just as she spoke about the Furfrou- that was actually kinda cute? Not the... not being close to people other than her mons bit, but the bit about getting closer to mons, kinda explains all the caretaker stuff! "It sounds like... it'd kinda be like nintenmons, being a caretaker- i'm sure you'll.. probably? enjoy it."
Yep! Good talking, Gaki. Really good at formulating sentences there. The squeaking of Prim's chair had Gaki straightening a little, confused and alert- was there a secret mission about to go down?! If vaguely sounded like the siren in Assasins 003 and that only meant baaad things! Of course, Gaki was very mistaken- and the girl situated herself besides Gaki, camera at the ready. She was close- she was close?! How did people function with cute girls this close?! Luigi please come save her...
Telling a story.. through pictures? So like... a still game- but in papers with no player choices- or like... a stoic game?! Eh... she shifted a little so she could see the camera better, peering at the screen, mouth opening in surprise ever so slightly- Gaki had 0 experience in photography except for taking cosplay pics or larp event campaign shots- "They.. look really good? Not that i'm experienced with the photo world or whatever- but like- the closest I got was taking photos for a sidequest in Detective Mysery.." She trailed off for a second, shaking her head a few times. "...But you're at least a solid level 9 in photography."
At the comment about her username the girl tinted pink and averted her gaze, SquishGak was something she'd come up with on the fly when she was like eight- since gak was some squishy green slime stuff kids liked to play with and it like, worked with her name- and it squished?! And now it's what every website knows her as!
Gaki moved to pocket her phone as Prim continued speaking, pushing one of her braids behind her shoulder now as she listened to the girl, still ever-so slightly flustered. Riiight.. uh... talking to more people?! Oh- no- uh... How- "I don't think I have a high enough social skill to be able to survive more cute girls..." It was mumbled, before she quickly shook her head a few times, realizing what she said might have been audible "A-Ah?! Uh- not that you're cute or anything- anyway- uh- uhm... uh..."
She couldn't find words now, because of course she couldn't Gaki you're useless- think! Uh- "...Do you like Arciel... s-so far?" That's a good question! Press A to enquire about location! Get things back on track!
Laughing a little, Prim thinks she's heard of Nintenmons before, and says, "Yeah, I guess it would be kinda like that. I just wanna look after them, and help them grow up strong..." Trailing off, she seems almost ready to go onto a tangent, but by the look of her, she isn't quite going to go on about Pokemon, but she stops herself in time to just show the girl the photographs, a silent moment trailing between them as she does. The silence draws to a close and Gaki compliments her, something that draws a smile from the girl. [break][break] "A solid nine, huh? What's the, uhm..." Furrowing her brow, a quiet chuckle leaves her, "What's the level cap?" Pulling her camera closer, she turns off its display and tucks it away, pleased with the answer, even if she didn't understand it entirely. "I'm glad you like them, though. I want to get better, and I think I'll have plenty chances to do so!" Tapping her fingers on the tabletop, she checks the time, and realizes they probably don't have much time left. [break][break] Which was kind of disappointing, because she did kinda like talking to her, even if it was a bit awkward. She could tell Gaki was doing her best, and Prim was sure as hell doing hers - it made for an interesting interaction. Her head cants, and she can't help but knit her brow at what she says. "I'm sure you can--" And then she says that it wasn't like she was cute or anything, and the mixed signals almost give Primrose a sort of whiplash. Smiling kindly all through it, she says, "I'm sure you can handle talking to other girls, Gaki. You did find here!"
[break][break] "But, I do. It's a lot different than Lumiose, but in a good way, I think... I like being here. It feels fresher? Greener?" Leaning forward, she tucks her hand against her chin, shrugging a little. "It's a bit hard getting used to living on my own, away from some people, but... it's like, kinda like a part of growing up, I guess. Being by yourself and all. What about you? Do you like living here?"
Prim was going to do great in raising pokemon- at least from what Gaki could tell. Helping them grow up strong? Gaki wanted to do that with plants, a bit... but it must be cool to help raise pokemon and work with them- they were all really cute- like somebody had hacked into the worlds cartridge and applied adorableness modifiers. Gaki's hands moved to her braid then, weaving the white tendril through her fingers to stop herself from fidgiting- Prim was most definitely like the type of bachelorette in a harvest moon game, and... her first affection event would probably have to do with going out at midnight to take photos of the stars or... something- uh- right she was getting sidetracked?!
Whats the level cap? Oh- uh- shit?! Fuck- I mean the world they were in technically was limitness but due to Prim being... probably youngish in age her level was still under ten, so would it be feasible to say her current cap was 15?? Or would it be better to say there's no level cap and possibly offend her!? Uhm... right- Gaki. Use your brain! "...The current max would probably be... twelve- it raises with age, like it does with level! So you're close to your max right now!" Nailed it! As Prim continued talking Gaki nodded, yeah, improving and stuff was important. "You have my pokecord so... er..." She bit down on her lip again and averted her gaze, "If you wanna send through recent photos you take, you can- just so I can judge your skill count and tell you if you level up at all!" She was quick to defend her words, hands flying up in an almost surrendered motion before returning to a neutral position on the table.
As Prim continued the girl's unease didn't falter, but she continued smiling which at least made Gaki certain that she wasn't on the defensive or judging- because if Prim was Gaki'd probably up and flee at that very moment. "...I... did okay?" words laced with uncertainty, a brow quirked- had she leveled up without noticing?! Well... she hadn't lashed out which was a plus but he felt so completely nervous infront of this girl that she was sure she'd made a mess of everything. "...I...I hope i'll be able to handle more, girls are like..." She trailed off, opting to raise a hand high in the air, "On a different map, far away from the one i'm currently exploring- u-unreachable?!"
That... was probably a terrible explanation, and she was quick to lower her hand, stuffing it in her lap and curling her other hand around it quickly. Gaki you surely just lowered affection points, and you have a -11 charisma modifier- get your head together! As Prim continued to speak she managed to draw herself out of her head and nod a little. It was greener, of course she... literally lived on a farm but let's forget that. As a question was posed towards her Gaki bit down on her lip a second.
Gaki wasn't on her own, she was with her cousin- but Arciel was one of the best decisions she'd made- designing and building her own farm, beginning her LARPing journey... "It's been a great experience- having... moved from one place to another- it's like a fresh start, away from the plot at home that had other plans for my character arc. Me and my cousin live together on my farm- they practically raised me and it's just..."
She seemed... almost relaxed as she spoke, voice softer, having distanced herself from talking about games for a moment, and she opened her mouth to continue- at least until the alarm went off for the date to be over, and Gaki's eyes widened- oh donkey kong. But- she'd- uh- her surprised eyes flicked over to Prim. '...Looks like we've reached the time limit- uhm..." a awkward smile then, "...I'll- u-uhm- message you all the games later- yeah! Uh..."
Watching Gaki curiously, she seems to pick up on the fact that her question had caused her some level of duress. For a moment, Prim contemplates moving to another question, but the girl speaks up before she can manage, giving some encouraging words - at least, she thinks they're encouraging? Level caps raising with age, close to max, but... not really, because of that? It's a real head-scratcher, for sure, but... her smile returns a few moments later. [break][break] "You'd want to see them?" Thinking a moment, Prim nods, though almost sheepishly. "I can send you the ones I don't hate, at least." Folding her hands over one another upon the table, she hears murmuring about the room and it seems everyone's getting ready to get up and move on - ahhh. [break][break] "Yeah, you did do good. I mean, I'm not really the best at like, this kind of thing either, but... you did good! I had a nice time." Putting her phone back into her pocket, she listens keenly as Gaki starts to talk about her life, at least to a degree, and to her credit, Prim's rather interested. Of course, time's up quicker than anticipated and it's cut short by everyone finally rising to their feet, and with Gaki meeting her eyes like a Stantler in the headlights at the sound of the alarm -- she's laughing faintly. "Yeah, please do! I'd really like to try one sometime. I'm excited to see what you suggest. It was... really nice to meet you, Gaki. I look forward to talking to you more."
