Eloi has left his home with his 2 new Pokémon 'in the pocket' so to speak. But to be honest, he had found out fairly quickly that only one of his Pokémon was fine with staying inside the pokeball. Riolu on the other hand, was jumping al over the place. Riolu was energetic, hyperactive - and Eloi loved it. Sure there was work to be done, but they would have plenty of time to do that. For now, the trio has started onto Route 4. That was the quickest way to Plum City. Eloi wanted to pick up a job there, maybe a Quest too, if the opportunity was there. And then, when they would be ready, they could challenge the Plum gym, and get their first Gym badge.
But for now, that would also mean expanding the team, and their experience. So Eloi was heading onto Route 4 to try to befriend some Pokémon. But he had also noticed the dark clouds building above them. And that seemed to trigger Riolu to becoming even more hyperactive. 'Chansey, care to join us and try to calm this little freak down?' Eloi asked as he trew her pokeball into the air. Chansey popped out, and looked at Eloi. 'Chans!' She replied, as she wiggled - he had no other way to describe her movement - to Riolu. But he started to see it was a game. Riolu would wait for her to catch up to him, and then run away, making it sort of a chace game. Eloi shaked his head and continued their journey. Hopefully they would stumble upon something, either Pokémon or trainer.

Route 4 was planted in trees. The further the trio moved along, the denser the leaves above their heads were. It didn't make it dark. The sunlight could still shine trough the gaps in between. Because it was dense here, the older leaves were still on the ground, covering it in yellow, red and brown tones. His shiny Riolu fitted right into it. Now that he was paying more attention on his pokemon again, he noticed that Riolu seemed a little tensed up. "Hey boy, what's wrong?" Eloi asked calmly. The Riolu didn't respond at first. He was just walking across the path. "Riolu" the pokemon answered quietly. Eloi looked around. Maybe they were being followd? The boy grabbed the pokeball with Chansey and threw it in front of him. "Chansey, I think we have company. Why don't you come out?" He figured Chansey would have a more calming vibe than his hyper Riolu would have.
And yes, not a second later, Eloi spotted the Ninetales, standing in the leaves. It would camouflage the pokémon. But you couldn't miss a Ninetales. You just couldn't. Eloi smiled. "Hi there! Just what a beauty you are." The Ninetales looked proud, her tails in the air, showing off. She knéw she was pretty. And Riolu seemed to think that too... He had walked towards the Ninetales, and seemed to try and challenge it. Running from her side to the other, wanting to play. The Ninetales followed his movement. Then she took a small jump in Riolu's direction, and a small flame left her mouth. Leaving his Riolu shocked. Eloi laughed as he made his way to both the Pokemon. 'You seem to get along pretty good!' He kneeled down to the Ninetales. 'Would you like to join our adventure?' And he offered the pokeball in his hand.

He was surprised to see that the pokeball rolled - one, two times - before coming to a stop. He caught it! He caught the Ninetales! 'Yes, we've got a new friend to our team!' He called out. Riolu came running back, looking at the pokeball. He stretched out his paw. 'Okay Ninetales, why don't you come out to meet the others?' Eloi asked while throwing the pokeball next to Riolu. The cream colored fox Pokemon appeared. Eloi took a step back to see how the two would react to each other. His Riolu was playfull, but also wanted to be in the center of attention. The Ninetales seemed to be pretty aware that is was beautyfull. He was also quite big.
Then Eloi caught attention to something else. He saw movement behind the other trees. 'Chans?' Chansey was still by his side, and she noticed the movement too. 'Yeah, I saw it too, let's check it out!' With Chansey by his side Eloi made his way trough the trees. And there he saw indeed another Pokemon. The blue water Pokemon he recognised as Oshawott. It was a starter from another region. When the Oshawott noticed them too, he backed away. 'Chansey?' The pink Pokemon walked forward. 'OSHAWOTT' 'Okay, Chansey, that's enough, you scared him.' Eloi kneeled down. 'Sorry to scare you, buddy. We are just very curious to any new Pokemon we see. Because, well, we want to make as many friends as we want.' Eloi smiled. The Oshawott seemed to be calmed down a little bit. 'What are you doing in the forest?' He didn't expect a water Pokemon around here. Oshawott started to point in the left direction, where after a bit of walking, you would find the beach. Maybe it went for a walk. 'I see. Well, I pretty like you, and we don't have a water type in our team yet. Would you like to join us as well?' And Eloi offered another pokeball. Hopefully he waited for what the Oshawott would do.
