After he finished his first delivery from Birch City to Pine Town, Armand was relieved to take this next job. Not only he was able to stay in the city, but he wanted to rest until he could get to the next job that involved going to another town or city. Right now, he entered a mail depot and once he met with one of the employees inside, he graciously accepted the bag of letters and packages for him to deliver.
However, as he left the depot, he realized a new problem. The city was currently experiencing strong winds today and he was a bit worried that it might impede his progress. Regardless, he knew he couldn't back out from this. He took a deep breath and grabbed a few letters and packages to check on the locations of the recipients. Once he did so, he departed from the building and headed off to his destinations while he braved through the winds.
Looks like the first address is just down the street to you are already on. It's only a couple blocks away, want to plan the rest of your route while you have the time?

Despite the strong winds, Armand braved through it as he continued walking. From what he knew from the addresses on the letters and packages, the first destination was not far away as he thought. Not only that, he has time to take a rest and see how far he walked from the depot. He would have rushed there immediately, but since he recently arrived here a few days ago, he lacked the knowledge of this city enough to go off his own and he needed the energy to move on.
But the real question was that he might able to reach the recipient before the wind has other ideas. Sure, he has psychic abilities, but there was no way he would use it in public. He better rely on his speed if he wanted to get it back when it happened. It only took about a few minutes of rest, but he then took a deep breath and continued walking again without any word got out of his mouth.
You know, thinking like that is what usually causes such things. And just when you were thinking the wind was fine there is a gust. It would have been bearable out on a route, but the buildings guide it right towards you and rip two of the letters out of your hand and they start twirling and spinning down a totally different street.

He always believed that by not rushing into things, there was a higher chance that he won't screw any kind of tasks ahead of him. However, this made him a bit slow when it came to reacting. So when the wind blew past him, he was a bit unfazed at first. But it all changed once he looked down and saw what he was holding.
"G-Gone..." He muttered as the two letters from his hand disappeared. He was speechless at what happened. However, he knew from another wind blowing through him, he realized something. "Don't tell me..."
He turned around and to his horror, the letters were now twirling and spinning around the air as they flew towards the different street.
"Damn it!" He growled as he ran and tried to chase down the runaway letters. "Why does this kind of weather always want to complicate this even further!"
He then looked around the area as he ran before he turned back to the letters. He knew that there were no signs of people in this street, but even if he was alone for now, the letters move a bit too fast for him to aim with his telekinesis. Still, his only saving grace with his running speed and he hoped he might able to catch them before he could lose them.
Damn, you're fast! You're able to catch up and grab the acrobatic letters before they get too close to the ground. They aren't even dirty, and only minimally rumbled from your firm grip on them! And you're still less than a block off course to boot.

Thank goodness for his daily jogs back home. He not only grabbed the letters on time, but he was relieved that other than a few wrinkles from his grip, there were no signs of stains. However, that short sprint did cost him a little bit of oxygen as he took a few seconds to catch his breath. However, as he felt the wind blowing again, he grunted and gently placed the letters back into the satchel to avoid another incident like this again.
What was more frustrating was that he was a block off from his destination. He originally thought it would be easy since the recipient was near, but thanks to the wind, he has to walk a few more miles to his destination. This made him groaned as he scratched the back of his head.
"That's it. After this, I'm not taking this kind of job during this horrible weather."
With that, he went off his way once more, not thinking twice and focused on his destination.
The wind eventually does settle down again to a more bearable level, still enough to add to your windblown look. And the walk is pretty uneventful when you get to what you believe is the proper address. 79 Westwood Drive. You knock on the door and a lady answers. But the letter is addressed to a Mr Todd?
Once you look at the nearest stop sign you see your mistake. You're not on Westwood Drive, but Westwood Street. Westwood drive is just past that coffee shop down the street. Or so says the lady you almost delivered the letter too. She reassures you it happens often, after all why they didn't make the difference more obvious is just plain laziness. Then she is closing the door and wishing you luck.

To his relief, he could feel the wind was starting to settle down, allowing him to head to the address of the first recipient. He thought it was over, but...
"You're telling that this is not the correct address?!"
Armand groaned as the woman confirmed this and directed him to the correct location. While she assured him that the mistake always happened to her quite often, he was partially blaming himself due to his unfamiliarity to the streets of Birch City. Regardless, he thanked the woman before she closed the door and went off to the correct path. However, he was not happy at this turn of events.
"Calm down, Leclair. This is just your second setback," he muttered to himself. "Just head over there as usual and focus on your current goal."
Once he motivated him, he ran off with a satchel on his hand to his real destination, which he hoped he won't mess up the locations again.
Following the lady's directions you find Westwood Drive easily now, even passing by the coffee shop. There is no line up, but the rich smell of coffee is wafting out of the slightly open door. You should totally grab a coffee later. Now you're just following the numbers, and now you found the right place! Go ahead and deliver that letter!

Because of the lady's directions, Armand didn't show any signs of frustration on his face as he walked through the street without any problem. It made sense because there were no winds to snatch the letters away again and he has a bit confidence now that he knew where the recipient's location now. And once he saw the coffee shop, he smiled that he was on the right track. As much as he enjoyed the smell of coffee, he decided to visit there again when he has the time and moved on.
Eventually, he reached the house where he saw the address on the gate. Seeing this, he took out the letter to check on it, which he smiled when he did.
"79 Westwood Drive. This must be the place."
He then knocked on the door and waited for someone to respond. If they did and open the door, he then said, "Hello. I'm here to deliver this to Mr. Todd."
You are greeted by a man wearing a Wimpod for a hat. "Mr. Pod? Oh, no, no, Mr. Pod isn't expecting anything... I'm sorry? What was that? Todd? Oh, yes, that's me! Mr. Todd!" He chortles as he strokes the Wimpod lovingly with one hand while accepting your letter with the other.

Much to his relief, he found the right recipient as he gave the letter. While he was an odd fellow, he nonetheless relieved that he delivered the first letter. But he knew this wasn't the end of his current job yet. He still has several more letters and packages to deliver next. If he recalled earlier, he has to send 2 more mails before he could call it quits.
After he said his farewells, he left the doorway and took out a package to read the address of the next recipient. Once he did, he looked around the area, which he didn't see any signs of wind around him. He even used his pointer finger to check, which he didn't felt it through this method. Upon this, he sighed in relief and took a deep breath before he went off to his next destination, which he hoped there were no more obstacles that might hinder his progress.
There wasn't any wind, no, and things seem to be going all right. Except... what's that noise? It sounds like the pitter patter of little paws, a bunch of panting, and a whole lot of barking. Should you turn to look, you'll see a bunch of excitable, happy puppy pokemon bounding all over each other, heading right in your direction! There's a few Growlithe, a Yamper, and a handful of smaller Lillipups all stampeding towards you with their leashes flying wildly behind them. If the stories about dogs and postal workers are true, you'd better get running!

For a while, he was met with silence as he looked around the streets, satisfied that he was able to get to his next delivery location. However, his brief relief was interrupted when he heard a mixture of small footsteps, panting, and barking behind him. Confused, he turned around and to his horror, he saw a pack of Growlithe, Yamper, and small Lillipups coming towards him with no signs of stopping.
"W-What the hell?!"
Upon seeing this, he quickly took off and tried to run away from the canine Pokemon. From their leashes alone, he knew they weren't wild Pokemon and upon noticing his satchel of letters and packages inside, he has an idea why he was being chased. Regardless of reasons, he knew he has to escape before the dogs could reach him and the mail. With a brief scan around the neighborhood, he tried to ran and jump through incoming obstacles while gripping his satchel tightly in an attempt to escape the pack of excitable Pokemon.

Note: You had to pull that trope out, did you? :3c Also, if possible, I'm adding his Agility to the results.
The dogs are excited to chase you. You fail your opposed Agility checks against one Growlithe and the two Lillipup. Fortunately the little ankle biters are too small to do any real damage, but the Growlithe leaps up and rips a tear down the side of your satchel. Several apologetic owners, all middle-aged ladies, show up to fuss over their darlings before you are left alone.

As usual, his speed was his advantage to outrun these canine Pokemon. However, there were times that it failed him as he was quickly caught by two Lillipups and a Growlithe. While they meant no harm as he watched the little pups nibbled on his legs, he was not happy at their unwanted attention in the middle of the job. But his encounter made it worse when he witnessed a Puppy Pokemon ripped a part of his satchel, which caused some of the letters and packages to fell out of it.
"Damn it! Leave that satchel alone!"
He tried to pick them up, but he wasn't able to reach it due to the dogs continued surrounding the poor contract worker. However, his small nightmare was thankfully interrupted when several middle-aged ladies appeared and removed their Pokemon from Armand's legs. Despite their fussing on their pets and overreaction over what they had done, he just sighed and calmed them down.
"It's alright. I'm just glad they were back to their owners. Just please make sure to keep an eye on them, okay?"
With that, the ladies left the poor trainer alone with their pets as Armand sighed again. But despite his short respite, he still needed to pick up all of the fallen mail thanks to that excitable Growlithe. As he groaned, he silently tried to start picking them up.
Thankfully, there's no rogue wind to blow all your letters away, nor does it look like any more dogs are heading your way any time soon. The few passerbys are kind enough to either step aside to avoid trampling your things or else offer a crumpled letter they managed to pick up, so that's something.
Once everything's collected, you realize that you're not terribly far off from your destination, and the house you need to deliver to is only fence-hop away! Nice!

One thing he was grateful ever since he arrived at this city was its residents. As he picked up the fallen mail, some passersby are willing to pass him by just to avoid stepping on them by accident. One of them even offered him a crumpled letter he found along the way, which he accepted and thanked them in gratitude. Eventually, he managed to gather all of the mail and patched up the satchel so he could put them back inside while straightened some of the crumpled letters.
Once he did, he noticed a house not far away from where he was. Checking through one of the letters, he realized that it might be the one where the next recipient was. With no winds and no canine Pokemon stopping him this time, he took a deep breath and with a small smile, went off to get to his next destination so he could deliver the second mail.

Note: Yes. I know he rarely talks, but he's always like this.
When you step up to your destination the door is opened by an alarmingly large Machoke. After staring you down for a bit he steps aside to reveal his master, a kindly, frail old woman who gratefully takes the letter from your hands and comments how she's been waiting to hear about how her grandchildren are doing. After thanking you profusely, she turns and slowly makes her way back inside her house.
Another letter down!
