Sunset had left for Route 2. With her team expanded, Sunset just needed to train them, before she thought she was ready to take on the Gym. And where could she better do that, than on a Route? So Sunset took her bike that she was given for a quest, and was heading on Route 2. This would make it go a lot quicker, but she still had the opportunity to find wild pokémon or face trainers. And maybe she could make some friends too. Human friends, she meant.

An Inkay. Sunset hadn't seen this Pokemon yet. To be honest, she had no idea what type it was. Quickly she took her phone and scanned the Pokemon. Dark and Physic. What type should the put across it? Normal? Eevee?
She could at least try. She picked the pokeball amd threw it. 'Eevee, let's go!'
Eevee appeared, shook it's fur and looked at the Inkay. 'Vee!' The Inkay floated around him, observing.
'Eevee, try tackle!' Eevee ran up and jumped to the Inkay and it hit. Good. Inkay reacted almost instant with Peck. Eevee tried to jump away hut she was too late.
'Tackle again!' The Eevee attacked again. Sunset quickly picked a pokeball and threw it.

She caught it! Sunset picked the ball up, called Eevee back and stepped on her bike again. She really wanted to get through this route as fast as possible now, eager to get her first Batch. She rode along on the route. She had time now anyway, plenty of time to begin thinking of a battle strategy. It was a water type gym, so Lilligant was perfect, being a grass type. Eevee could be used too, being a normal type. And what else... Sunset was thinking about using Fennekin. No, ofcourse not. She was a fire type.

Sunset stopped, happily, as a trained almost blocked her road.
'Hi there, I am Noelle! Are you ready for a battle?' Sunset stepped of her bike and smiled.
'I am Sunset, and yes I am!' Sunset threw Lilligants Pokeball in front of her, and he appeared. Noelle threw a ball too, and a Morelull appeared. Interesting! Grass type might not have been Sunset's best idea. But oh well.
'Morelull, Absorb!' Noelle started the fight. Sunset recognised the move, Lilligant had this move too! But. Better.
'We can do that as well! Lilligant, Gigadrain!' Lilligant attacked and seeds were planted around Morelull. Noelle didn't seem impressed.
'Astonish' Morelull attacked, and now the Absorb came into action. Lilligants HP was drained. But now, thanks to Giga Drain, so was MoreLull. It would only take a few hits now...
'Lilligant, Pettle Dance!' Lilligant used flower pattles, and sended them off to the morelull. It hitted, and knocked the Pokemon out. She won!

They won! Noelle smiled at Sunset. 'That was a good fight, thank you so much. I hope to see you again, and then I'll win!'
Sunset smiled back. 'Don't count on it, we will keep training!' Noelle gave her rewards and moved along. Sunset continued the road too. Wondering what would happen next.
Well, she didn't have to wait for long. A horde of Delcatty appeared. For a minute Sunset just stood there, wondering what to do. Okay, no, this was a big no for her. 
Sunset preffered to to her team training on the training grounds.
She carefully walked backwards, to turn around and take a detour back to the route. Okay, continue on. She was almost there!

They managed to safely get away from the horde. Sunset smiled as she saw the silhouettes of the town in front of her. There it was! Her first gym battle! Sunset got in her bike again and started cycling towards it. She noticed the Meowth next to her, but kept going. She was too excited to stop now.
The wind layed down as the road from route 2 changed to the town's pathway. Sunset got off her bike, parked it and started walking. Eevee still beside her, they looked for the Pokemon centre. They all needed to have full strenght and energy for what was to come!
