Jae Tsukuda
Age 17 Birthday July 22, 2003 Gender Female Pronouns She/Her Orientation Heterosexual Faction Citizen Class Coordinator Rank Contest Nobody Occupation Video Game Streamer Hometown Bass City, Arciel Current Residence House at Bass City | Personality From her public appearances in live streams and Let's Play videos, she made, you can see she's an imaginative girl who tends to show her humorous side in most of her streams and videos and has a small tendency to overexaggerate her reactions. In reality, however, she is nothing more than a down-to-earth, yet a bit eccentric tomboyish girl seeking new ventures outside of her small screen. Adventurous and curious, she wants nothing more than to help excite her and hopefully gives her inspiration for her future videos and showcase ideas. She also has her standards when it comes to the limits of what she films and her privacy. So if anything that involves a real crime, danger, or anything that might mentally hurt her audience is shown right in front of her, she is willing to turn off her camera and even agreed to keep it a secret for someone's sake. However, her one-track mind on her contest and video ideas made her oblivious to her surroundings. Unless anyone or her Pokemon can knock her out of her daydream state, she tends to crash into everything she walks in such as trees, walls, and even rivers. She also has a habit to forget some important events such as Contests after she snaps out of her daze, causing her to try and get to the venue at the last minute. But one thing to note that despite she's a Coordinator, she is very fearsome in Pokemon battles. By clearing her head from her imagination and combining her creativity alongside with her strategies, she can be a bit ruthless to her opponents to the point where her tone shifts into a machine-like monotone. Thankfully, she often shows her good sportsmanship to her opponent and is willing to learn from her losses. Regarding her views on Pokemon, she sees them as partners and friends and tries to adapt to any battling style and aesthetics they prefer. Because of this, she is also willing to not include some of them in her videos in case they are uncomfortable on camera. History Jae was just like any other girl living in Bass City, going to school, visiting her aunt's daycare, and loving her parents as any kid would have. But she was a bit different from the other girls. For one thing, she didn't like dolls, dresses, or makeup, feeling uncomfortable just wearing or playing the former. Rather, she preferred Pokemon plushies and writing stories even in her classes, namely about her surreal adventures with Pokemon that she caught a glimpse in the city. When she turned 10, she discovered video games from a birthday gift that her older brother gave her. From there, she was instantly hooked as she spent her free days playing video games with him and sometimes, her father, too. Then once she was 15, she encountered a live stream of a video game streamer one day while blindly browsing through the internet out of boredom where she saw him playing her first video game with a self-imposed challenge placed in his playthrough. As she continued to watch them, the more she became interested in the world of video game streaming. So she started up her own streaming channel and began streaming her old games online. At first, she only gained a few subscribers and followers for the first few months. But once she entered high school and started creating videos outside of her streams a year later, she garnered attention from her classmates as they loved her hyperactive antics and reactions. And as her audience slowly grew, Jae became a talk of the school. But despite her small success around her peers, she was still unsatisfied. She knew she could be famous just by playing the latest video games and the ones she loved. Yet she despite the growing fame, she knew she could do something more. Just then during the middle of her sophomore year, she found a viral video on social media where she witnessed a special trainer wowed the audience with her Pokemon's attack not through a battle, but a brilliant display. She was amazed by the spectacle and this made her wonder. Her parents wanted her to become a trainer so she could try connecting to more people outside of the internet. So maybe if she could entertain anyone with her live streams, then what about something related to Pokemon? The week before her 17th birthday, she not only asked them about the viral video but her decision to take the same path as that trainer in there. As a result, she learned about Coordinators and the Pokemon Contests and Showcases and learned more about Pokemon battles from her father and uncle for her license. As she continued to learn, Jae became more and more enamored by the world of Contests. And on her 17th birthday, she got her Pokemon trainer license and got a unique Pokemon from her aunt as a birthday present. With her new Absol by her side, her new life as a Coordinator has begun. Goals While her goals are to participate in Pokemon Contests and become famous, they were nothing more than her short-term goals for the eccentric streamer. Rather, her true goal was to learn more about Pokemon and share her experiences through her live streams, blog, and social media. Another one of her goals was to befriend as many Pokemon as she likes whether they are cute or strong. |
