A small puff of air, not quite a chuckle, escaped from Gabe. “Welcome,” he answered that small thanks. The apology earned a small shrug of shoulders. “You told me ahead of time so…” Of course he could read into the moment and just as well knew what Koray had been running away from but… still.

Gabe had been about to say something when something cold touched the top of his head. Glancing upwards immediately, he found that the first snowflake had finally come to the warm earth below. “Looks like we’re in for some snow….” His eyes dropped slowly to Koray again. “And it’s getting a bit late in the day. I need to get going, but we should do this again sometime.” He smiled a little after that.

Koray managed to smile when Gabe answered and more or less shrugged off the apology. It had simply been something to change the subject and get the attention off of him. Already he was feeling better and was starting to fiddle with the bracelet a little. The weight on his wrist felt a little strange, but the pressure felt nice. Maybe it was one of those that was supposed to help with anxiety?

The snow wasn't unexpected, but it still made Koray smile as he looked up at the sky. He loved snow and closed his eyes briefly, even sticking his tongue out to catch a snowflake on his tongue. Koray would only look back down when Gabe addressed him again and smiled. "Definitely, today was fun," Koray agreed. It was nice to just relax and be himself, even with being flustered over the flirting earlier. "Let me know when you're back in Pine. Or we could meet up again somewhere else," he continued, shrugging a little. He was flexible enough to travel considering he had a few rideable pokemon on hand.

Just then, Koray got a text and flipped out his phone. Shit. He'd completely forgotten about the time. "Anyway, I gotta run. Catch up with you later!" Koray said giving a wave before walking away. Hopefully his father wouldn't be too mad at him over the whole restaurant fiasco. Oh well, he'd make it up to him later.
