With news of yet another swarm nearby, Wren was curious enough to go visit Route 6 and see if they could find the Stufful in the area. While not quite familiar with the Pokemon, Wren knew that they were cute yet had quite a vicious temperament at the slightest drop of a hat. Sort of like me~. All the same, they had set off on the route with their team, including the new Zorua they'd received at the lab. Nightingale seemed pretty calm, but all the same Wren knew all too well how looks could be deceiving.

The wind was blowing pretty hard, making Wren rather thankful that they'd thought enough to get a warmer coat while they'd been in town. If they had still been wearing only their jean jacket, there was no doubt that they'd be freezing right then and there. Hopefully we find these Stufful soon...

It wouldn't take long for Koray to find a Stufful and carefully walked towards it, smiling at how cute it was. "Hey there, little one~," Koray began only to be Leered at by the Stufful. Apparently she didn't like being cornered which of course put Freda on edge who immediately ushered forth a Future Sight. That... was probably overkill but well, that was Freda for you. "Easy there, Freda... how about Quick Attack instead," Koray suggested, knowing there was no way of avoiding a battle now.

The Absol nodded and used Quick Attack immediately thereafter only to have the Stufful retaliate with Tackle. A few more back and forth attacks would trigger the Future Sight which would hit the Stufful with a loud cry of pain. Patting Freda's head gently thereafter, Koray would throw a Nest Ball at the Stufful. Hopefully that will be enough.

Sure enough, a Stufful rounded the corner and looked goofily at Wren. At first, they weren't quite sure how to deal with this little oddball that had stumbled across their path but oh well. She looked rather...odd.. with her tongue sticking out like that but... well, alright then. Releasing Talon, Wren gestured to the derpy looking Stufful, "Be a dear and use Peck, Talon~," they mused. The Rookidee didn't look impressed with the Stufful but obeyed nonetheless, using Peck on the Stufful that happened to be stumbling through some bushes. A soft cry came from the Stufful as she was hit by the attack. What followed was a strange series of back and forth attacks where the Stufful (poor dear) tried to hit Talon but the bird was too fast. It seemed the Stufful was... actually quite clumsy? Enough of this. Gesturing for Talon to stand back, Wren threw a pokeball in the Stufful's direction. That should do it~. At least one could hope.
