As Bounsweet was playing with the eggs that were sitting next to Freya, Freya heard another noise coming from the bushes.Freya then exclaimed in agony, "Ughhh, what now?" After a few moments, a girls head seemed to poke out of the bushes saying aloud, "Oh my gosh! That pokemon is so adorable!" She then squealed in excitement as she came out of the bushes. Her attire seemed to be of one that looked like a girl scout. Freya wondered why such a young girl would be out here at this time. So, she asked her.
The girl then replied back, "Well, I'm sort of on a camping trip with my troup, and they told us to explore nature. Then, I say your adorable little pokemon here and decided to take a look. Hi, my name is Midori! What's your's?" Freya replied with a smile, "I'm Freya, nice to meet you! I'm glad you think my pokemon is cute. I love her a lot." The girl then asked Freya, "Okay then, how about we do a little battle then between my pokemon and your's?" Thinking about the proposal, Freya finally opened her mouth in agreeance with it.

"Well, I'm guessing you're going to use your little pokemon here, am I right?" "Correct." "So, since you were so nice to me earlier, I'll be nice to you and pick the pokemon you'll probably want to fight against rather than my other one." With that, the girl took out a pokeball that had an adorable little sticker on it. With this, she clicked on this button of the pokeball, letting out an adorable little duck pokemon. Freya had read about the pokemon before from her parent's pokemon books and new it's typing. It was one that was strong against Bounsweet, but it also allowed Bounsweet to attack it normally. So, they had an advantage, but at least it meant that Bounsweet didn't have that much of a disadvantage.
So, Freya and Bounsweet had gotten ready to fight the girl. They were each on one side of the clearing, ready to battle. The person to make the first move was the girl scout, "Duckie! Use wing attack on the Bounsweet!" Knowing that Bounsweet wouldn't be able to counteract this move, Freya said to it, "Bounsweet, dodge the move quick! Then use rapid spin on the Ducklett!" WIth that, Bounsweet dodged the pokemon's move, causing it to fly straight for the ground. As it got back up, Bounsweet crashed into the pokemon with rapid spin. "Now Bounsweet, use razor leaf on it!" Before the ducklett could even get up, it was barraged with razor sharp leaves. After only a few moments, the pokemon had already fainted. "Well, I guess that's why I'm not a trainer." With that she giggled. "Either way, it was fun to battle with you. I don't know if I'll ever really get into pokemon battling, but it was fun nonetheless. I have to get going now, or my troupe is gonna worry." With that, she ran off from where she had come from, and Freya was getting ready to get back on the road.
As Freya finished packing up the food and her eggs, she heard something call out from the bushes. Though, this time Freya decided that she wouldn’t wait for it. After all, if she had to battle one more thing within the last 30 minutes, she would need to rest again. So, she picked up Bounsweet and ran out back onto the path, trying to make sure that the thing that was at the camp didn’t follow her. Lucky for her, it didn’t. With a sigh of relief, she started walking on the road once more.
After walking on the path with just herself and Bounsweet, she decided that it was time for her to send another pokemon out. She dind't really want to Bounsweet to feel too lonely. So, she sent out the Bounsweet's best friend, Clamperl. However, something was wrong with Clamperl as she came out of her ball. She seemed to be searching around for something. It was as though she had sensed something the second she came out of the ball. She then did something that was very unlike her. She ran off towards the beach side of the route.
The clamperl had stopped walking after it stared at something on the ground. It seemed to be intrigued by it. Though, before Freya could say anything, the Clamperl had touched it. All of a sudden, the Clamperl glew with a bright white light. It seemed to be evolving, and then Freya realized what the pokemon was searching for. Clamperl was a pokemon that evolved from an item, and if they sensed the item, they would go right to it. This must've been what was happening, because the Clamperl was evolving right in front of her eyes.
A few moments later, the Clamperl that she had known was something else now. A pink fish with a shell bikini top. She was now a beautiful Gorebyss. Freya smiled at the sight as Bounsweet ran over to the pokemon, questioningly looking it up and down. It took the Bounsweet a moment to figure out that the fish like pokemon was its best friend. With that, she smiled and hugged the newly formed friend, and the Gorebyss hugged back.

After the pokemon had gotten settled, a pokemon was heard from the distance. As Freya looked over, it seemed to be an umbreon, and it was not happy. Freya didn't understand why a pokemon would be so angry at them. What Freya didn't know, was that the pokemon was one that had been sort of like a hermit for most of its life. It didn't like affection, and seeing it in front of him now made him want to throw up. So, he was going to break up their friendship no matter what.
So, as it jumped at the two pokemon, Freya said aloud to Gorebyss, "Gorebyss, I'm giving you full rain to do whatever you must to defeat that Umbreon. Got it?" With that, the Gorebyss agreed. Freya knew that the pokemon had to have learned some new moves to replace the fact that it couldn't do some of them anymore since it lost its shell, so she decided that she would learn what those moves were from watching the Gorebyss battle.
With the Umbreon lunging forward, Gorebyss's body had begun to glow a bright pink as she dodged the umbreon, kissing it on the cheek while she did. Once the Umbreon hit the ground, it's eyes opened up bright as a ball of energy came from it and went towards Gorebyss, healing her up. Since the Umbreon was distracted, the Gorebyss then used water gun on it, causing it to go into the water. Now that it was back to its senses, the Umbreon huffed and it puffed, but then it let the whole situation go. It seemed as though he thought that fighting them wasn't really worth it anymore, and went on his way. This left the team by their lonesome.

Freya was walking down the path with her Pokémon, when a swarm of them had suddenly come about. They seemed to be a horde of lillipups. There were five of them and they all seemed to be aggressive towards Freya and her Pokémon. Suddenly, the group had begun to launch themselves at them, leaving Bounsweet and Gorebyss to defend Freya. With the Lillipups all using tackle, Bounsweet used rapid spin to counteract their attack, launching them backwards. Gorebyss then quickly used whirlpool on the Pokémon, causing them to launch off into the air after spinning for a minute or so. Although they had the number advantage, Freya knew that they were more susceptible to an attack like Gorebyss’s whirlpool. So, with the Pokémon gone, Freya went back to walking on the track.
This was it for Freya, the final stretch of her journey. Last time she was going from Birch to Cedar, she had almost been attacked by another Pokémon. The pokemon that blocked didn’t seem to be agressive or friendly. Of course, there was no way to tell besides getting close to it. So, as she got near to it, it seemed like the Pokémon was just minding it’s own business, which Freya was extremely thankful for. After all, she had done a lot of fighting already that day, and wasn’t sure if she could handle anymore. So, she just passed right by it and went into the city.
