It was a slightly warm afternoon, when the skies has dyed with slight orange color. Some Murkrows already out and about as they caws, and few Zubats began to hunt for foods. Some raincloud forming on the distance, but it doesn't looks like it'll rain anytime soon. More or less, it's a pleasant time of the day.
Slightly off road, about halfway to Birch and Weeping Forest, there is a small tent, near to several groups of trees. The owner of the tent is currently waiting for the water to boil... by pushupping with a sizable backpack on his back?
"Twenty... one... Twenty... two... twenty... three!"
The red haired youth in ponytail gritted his teeth, exerting his strength to lift himself up from the ground, then as much as possible lowered it down slowly. Rhythm being the key, and he seem to know what he's doing. What's that inside the bag though? It's some materials that he dug from the nearby mineral resources. Whether he find anything noteworthy or not that's to the fate's decision.
His goal was to fill his spare bag with the residue though, and use it for training. Riku the Lucario who's with him is a bit too heavy... And another one, Elazul the Swampert is even heavier considering his size. None of them fitting for his training. But with these items, he pretty much felt that they're just perfect. Not too heavy, and if it's too light he can adjust the contents.
"Thirty one... thirty two..."
Huff... sometimes waiting the water to boil is such a chore. He don't like being idle, so he ended up training even though he just did all that rock busting... But it was fun! The youth began to breath heavier. Whew, the burn is getting more intense.
"...Fourty... eight... fourty... nine... fifty...!"
With one last grunt, he pushed himself to rise, and then rolled away, breathing heavily. "Whew... owww, I might pushed myself a bit too hard over there..."
Considering the weight of the rocks inside is close to eighty kilograms, he might totally have. But even so, it was a satisfying training. He was about to train more when Riku barked.
"Oh right, I forgot, time to put in the foods!"
Add some bouillon cubes inside... some salts, diced potatos, carrots, a little bit of herb, also the meat that has been sauteed. Wait for them to boil for about twenty minutes... Agate took out his phone from his pocket, humming happily meanwhile. He sets the timer at 20 minutes. Oh he gotta taste the current broth first. Let's see let's see...
"...Yep, for the meantime this is quite good! How's the eggs doing, Elazul?" Agate asked the Swampert, who glanced at the three ralts eggs and one mudbray egg. They're doing well it seems! ...Imagine his surprise the first time that someone suddenly asked him if he wanted to buy some eggs... and that they're poor. After giving them some of what he have... he... got these!
...Not that he mind, but... lord.
"Well, let's hope they hatch early! I always wanted a Mudbray anyway..."
Horseback archery on top of a Mudsdale seem to be quite cool don't you think?
