[Eri Novae]

Eri was deathly tired today, she'd stayed up all night emailing back and forth with a client who kept asking for more money, saying it'd help them reach their future- and of course, because Eri was Eri, she tried her best to help them! She'd expected for most of today to just be a chiller day, where she could groom her mons and maybe go over some less urgent emails, however the stars had other plans. Eri was supposed to go out with her eggs, since it was a slightly less cold day than usual- and Eri, the ever loyal star guide, did just that.

With her Karrablast, Shroomish and Rowlet eggs in her cushioned up basket and Cosma settled on her shoulder, the day was looking like another where she just got her eggs used to the environment. Of course, her choice to go through the forest was probably a sketchy one- but Eri hadn't been before, and she was all too eager to take in the sights around her while getting her daily tasks done! That's all that could be asked of her, right? Enjoy herself?

[Eri Novae]

The eggs were hoping a blast- or- like... she hoped they were! She bounded along, pointing out peculiar, odd looking trees which surprisingly came in a wide variation of sizes- and she almost didnt notice the tiny Venusaur that very much wasn't a tree amidst the foliage, nawwing away at a plant. Of course Eri, havoing researched pokemon back in Johto noticed the female and stopped in her tracks, excitedly gasping.

"Stars, aren't you just stellar?!" Eri moved forward then, gently kneeing before the Venusaur- she was hungry- ah! Eri could offer her some berries... uh... she fumbled around for a moment before grabbing some from her pocket, offering it to the mon before excitedly grabbing out a pokeball, offering it next.

Sure enough, MJ did see something, but the Rookidee-Ditto only yawned, uninterested in the Ivysaur that made Wren's eyes grow wide. They had never seen an Ivysaur with those colors before! Was it some sort of special Arcielian variety? Either way, they definitely wanted to catch him by any means necessary. MJ puffed up, and used Power Trip on the Ivysaur. They were supposed to be Wren's favorite! Not some pink eye sore of an Ivysaur! Wren could only smirk at the jealous display before them and folded their arms across their chest.

"How about you use Peck, hmm?" Wren mused, watching as the Rookidee-Ditto winced when the Razor Leaf so suddenly came at them, "And make sure you dodge those pesky vines and leaves~," they continued, watching the battle with a keen eye. This Ivysaur was certainly brave, even against a type disadvantage he wasn't about to back down. Well then~. MJ did listen to Wren's advice and threw a barrage of Pecks at the Ivysaur, eventually tiring him out. Wren wasn't about to wait for him to hurt their darling MJ further and threw a pokeball at the Ivysaur. Now all they had to do was wait and see if it would stay inside.
